Firefall is 106.1 The Sound

Firefall in Yosemite National Park
This American Country Rock Band was formed in Boulder, Colorado. Their biggest hit, “Just Remember I Love You”, is NOT a love song, but an homage to those who are depressed and hopeless. The band took its name from a Yosemite National Park tradition. They got their big break opening for Fleetwood Mac and eventually played to sold out arenas. Their founder, Rick Roberts was part of The Flying Burrito Brothers. Breaking up in 1980 due to infighting and alcoholism, the group broke reformed a few years later and is still touring today!
