America is 106.1 The Sound

Despite their name, every one of this Sound group graduated from the same high school – in England.  Their gathers were US Servicemen stationed in London.  They took their name from a Wurlitzer Americana Juke Box.  This group is unusual as each one sings lead on different songs.  Whoever wrote that song, sang it!  The trio composed the entire soundtrack to the classic animated film The Last Unicorn.  You can hear A Horse With No Name in Breaking Bad when Walter White has his traffic meltdown.  Inventors of California Sunshine Pop and winners of Best New Artist at the 1973 Grammy Awards, America is 106.1 The Sound.
