Wham!’s Last Christmas is Part of The Christmas Sound at 106.1 The Sound

The Sound Christmas song isn’t about Christmas at all.  It’s about a failed relationship.  With all proceeds from record sales going to Ethiopian famine relief, it’s the second biggest selling Christmas song in the UK – being Do They Know It’s Christmas.  George Michael appears on BOTH songs.  Artists who have covered this song include Taylor Swift, Coldplay, and Kylie Minogue.  The songs music video was the last time George Michael was filmed without a beard.  The Song briefly re-charted in 2016, right after George Michael passed away.  Wham!’s Last Christmas is part of The Christmas Sound at 106.1 The Sound.
